"Dionysus" Conference Room
The main conference room «Dionysus» located on the basement of the main banquet building of the resort, is a classic event place, with minimal decoration, that offers High Speed internet, sound system and more than 470 m2 of space, including a big wooden stage. This venue is surrounded by an open air and roof covered patio, capable to host a pre meeting cocktail or any other type of client’s exterior need. “Dionysus” may host any type of event, no mater the sound volume due to the location and soundproof system.
Two (2) equal sized meeting rooms on the 1st floor of the main banquet building of the resort , «Troulos 1» & «Troulos 2» are parallel rooms, that offer High Speed internet in a total space of 194 m2. and panoramic view from a wide balcony. Balcony doors and windows offer healthy natural light and views.
"Eugenia" Meeting Room
«Eugenia» Meeting Room is a very comfortable underground venue, located close to the hotel reception, with elegant decoration, a stage, newly renovated laminate floor and sound system in a total space of 217 m2.
"Troulos" Meeting Room
Located on the 1st floor of the main banquet building of the resort, «Troulos» is a square meeting room, that offers High Speed internet in a total space of 55 m². It offers Panoramic view from a wide balcony and large doorwindows that allow a healthy and natural lighted environment.
The hotel’s outdoor pools (2 in total) can host unforgettable formal or Social Events such as Gala Dinners for over 400 people.
Imaginary gardens, alleys along the sea and next to the pine forest, offer relaxing environment and the perfect setting for business and pleasure at the same time.

WEDDINGS - BAPTISMS - VOW RENEWALS
Hold the Sacrament of your Wedding or the Sacrament of Baptism in one of the chapels in the surrounding area, which we have chosen for you based on their picturesque nature and proximity to the hotel.
Simple and modest Civil Ceremonies are held at the Kassandra Town Hall in the village of Kassandra. Alternatively, they can be conducted within the resort by an authorized representative of the Municipality.
To exchange Vows of Love and faith with your partner just as you dreamt, whether on the beach or in the gardens with olive trees and a sunset backdrop, choose the ideal place at Simantro Resort.
Wedding receptions
Complimentary together with the Wedding Reception of your choice: Wedding reception menus are sent upon request. Minimum number of participants 60 persons

- Candle decoration for all the tables of your Wedding Gala Reception
- White covers for the tables and chairs.
- The wedding cake. Single-tiered (vanilla or chocolate Chef’s recipe). Any special requirements are with charge.
